- Valid Indiana drivers license
- Social security card with identical name
- Most recent check pay stub
- Verification of any income such as child support, social security, pension and/or retirement benefits
- Copy of your utility bill with current address
- Copy of your phone bill with current address
- Valid insurance card
- Clean title to your trade (no liens attached)
- Bankruptcy discharge papers (if applicable)
- Five local references
- Down payment money (we currently accept visa, mastercard and discover)
- All parties involved to sign the contract.
